Terms of Service

Effective May 31, 2026. By creating an account or using Client Portal System, you agree to these terms.

1. Beta software

Client Portal System is currently in beta. The service is provided to give early agencies access while we finalize the product. You should expect:

  • Frequent updates, sometimes with breaking changes.
  • Occasional downtime during deployments — we target sub-10-minute windows.
  • Some features marked as "Preview" that are not yet generally available.

We will not delete your data without notice, and we will provide at least 30 days notice before any breaking pricing change for active accounts.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity in your workspace. Do not share login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, email security@onboardingos.app immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Client Portal System to:

  • Send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk communications to Client Users.
  • Collect data you are not legally permitted to collect, including data subject to specific regulation (e.g. healthcare, financial accounts) without ensuring your own compliance.
  • Upload malware, illegal content, or content infringing third-party rights.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Resell the service or grant access to third parties not covered by your plan.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules and will notify the account owner by email.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you and your clients submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from the billing page and will retain access until the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, but if something is clearly broken on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable window, we will issue a fair refund — just email us.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 3 or that are inactive for more than 12 months on a free plan. Upon termination you have 30 days to export your data via CSV; afterwards it is permanently deleted.

7. Disclaimers

During beta, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep things reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of critical data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Changes to these terms

We will email account owners at least 14 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
